TERMS OF BOOKING

PAYMENT & BALANCE *

A 50% deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining balance due up to 48 hours before your scheduled shoot. Any additional services or upgrades requested must be settled before final images are delivered.

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING *

All deposits are non-refundable, as your booking reserves a dedicated time slot. In the event of a cancellation, fees will apply based on timing. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the total session cost. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 75% charge, and same-day cancellations will be charged in full. If a session needs to be rescheduled, a 30% rescheduling fee will apply.

PUNCTUALITY & TIMING *

Punctuality is important to ensure the best possible experience. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; however, sessions arriving beyond this window will incur a $100 late fee. If additional time is required and availability allows, extended shooting time will be billed at $60 per 30 minutes.

IMAGE DELIVERY & EDITING *

All images are professionally edited in alignment with the style of the session. Final results may vary slightly depending on factors such as lighting, angles, and overall presentation, but every effort is made to deliver high-quality, polished images.

USAGE & COPYRIGHT *

All photographs remain the property of the photographer and are protected under copyright. Images should not be altered, including the use of filters or external edits. Any commercial or promotional use must be discussed in advance, and full usage rights may be purchased separately if needed.

CLIENT PREPARATION *

Clients are responsible for arriving fully prepared for their session. This includes having hair, makeup, and outfits ready to ensure the best possible outcome. Preparation plays a key role in achieving strong, professional results.

PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT *

All sessions are conducted in a professional and respectful environment to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. Clients are expected to carry themselves with professionalism and a respectful attitude throughout the session.
